Timomatic released his 2nd single IF LOOKS COULD KILL co-written and produced by DNA!

The single jumped into the top 10 at number 8 in its 2nd week of release and has been certified 2X Platinum sales.

This is Stan Walker’s 3rd single from the album LET THE MUSIC PLAY. The track coupled with its great cinematic video is proving to be a chart topper in the upcoming weeks for DNA.  Go on and check it Out!!

Sony Music has exclusively signed Sydney production duo DNA.

The deal will mean that the DNA boys (David Musumeci and Anthony Egizii) will produce exclusively for Sony Music artists, but they'll also have the freedom to develop and produce their own acts through the DNA SONGS/SONY Label!

Timomatic’s debut single SET IT OFF, co-written and produced by DNA, received great success being certified 4X platinum in Australia and Gold in New Zealand. The track peaked at number 2 on the ARIA Singles Chart giving DNA 3 top 10 singles in ONE WEEK! (combined with Good Night and Don’t Worry Be Happy). SET IT OFF has now been picked up to be released in 25 territories around the world.

The final addition of SET IT OFF completed an unbelievable 2011 for DNA!

Late 2011, DNA co-wrote, produced and mixed the winner’s single for Xfactor 2011, won by Reece Mastin. The song was a HUGE SUCCESS debuting at number 1 in both Australian and New Zealand Singles Charts. In Australia, GOOD NIGHT was number 1 for 4 weeks and was accredited FOUR times platinum. It was the 1st time an Australian Xfactor winner’s single went to number 1 and became the fastest selling digital single by an artist signed to Sony Music Australia.

A few weeks later, Reece Mastin’s self-titled debut album was released. The album was certified double platinum and peaked at number 3 on the ARIA album chart. It was later released in New Zealand and debuted at number 1!

DNA collaborated with Guy Sebastian to co-produce DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY. In addition to the huge success of Reece Mastin’s GOOD NIGHT, DNA enjoyed simultaneous chart success with DWBH, peaking at number 5 on the ARIA Singles Chart and certified 4X platinum!

2011 proved to be a huge year for DNA starting with OWN THIS CLUB! The song performed and co-written by MARVIN PRIEST (son of Maxi Priest), peaked at number 6 on the ARIA Singles chart and remained in the top 10 for 9 weeks. It was certified in excess of double platinum sales by ARIA and became DNA’s biggest hit to date. The big dance/pop number continued its success in New Zealand by reaching number 7 on the NZ Charts and selling Gold.

OTC was Marvin’s debut single off the mini album BEATS & BLIPS which contained a total of 4 DNA tracks, including FEEL THE LOVE featuring FATMAN SCOOP, SHE GOT ME, and WORK IT featuring MAXI PRIEST.

Marvin has plans to release BEATS & BLIPS, the full album in 2012.

Later in 2011, DNA produced the vocals for the duet, GALAXY performed with Stan Walker, which was also included in the deluxe edition of GET EM GIRLS. GALAXY was released as the follow up single to INESCAPABLE and peaked at number 13 on the ARIA Singles chart.

DNA jumped back in the studio with Jessica Mauboy to vocally produce INESCAPABLE, written by Diane Warren. It was the 1st single released off the album deluxe edition GET EM GIRLS. The song peaked at number 4 on the ARIA Singles chart and sold in excess of double platinum sales.
